He began his career at the Tomsk Clearing House as a chief specialist in the financial department, then worked in the Department of Economics of the Tomsk Region Administration as a chief specialist. After defending his dissertation, he devoted himself to research and education as an associate professor at Tomsk Polytechnic University, continuing to teach at the training center of the investment company Finam, then at BrokerCreditService.
Since 2015, he has been a member of the state examination committee for the Applied Mathematics and Computer Science program. From 2018 to 2022, he was the head of the Mathematical Modeling and Computer Computing educational program at Tomsk Polytechnic University.
Jury member of the final round of the All-Russian School Olympiad in Mathematics (2023), jury member of the final round of the "Big Challenges" competition (2022, 2023). Deputy Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the International Conference of Students and Young Scientists "Prospects for the Development of Fundamental Sciences". Chairman of the "Technology" section (2009-2012), "Mathematics" (since 2013).
Since 2022, Academic Director of the "Financial Mathematics and Financial Technologies" program at the Scientific Center for Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence at Sirius University.
