The program is aimed at training research and development engineers who can design, develop, and manage complex secure information systems. The program provides a unique opportunity to learn from true professionals—faculty members of the Sirius University of Science and Technology and experts from major technology companies such as Rosatom, VK, Gazprom Neft, Yandex, and others.
Winners and runners-up may apply without entrance examinations:
— All-Russian School Olympiad in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physics; members of the Russian national team that participated in international Olympiads in Mathematics or Computer Science and was formed in accordance with the procedure established by the federal executive body responsible for the development and implementation of state policy and legal regulation in general education;
— The 2026 International Competition of Scientific and Technological Projects "Big Challenges" in the areas of "Space Technologies," "Transport and Logistics Systems, Marine, Aviation, and Unmanned Technologies," "Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Automated Systems, and Information Security," "Advanced Manufacturing Technologies," and "Nature-Inspired and Neurotechnologies."
— The 2025 All-Russian Competition of Scientific and Technological Projects "Big Challenges" in the areas of "Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Automated Systems and Security," "Unmanned and Logistics Systems," "Space Technologies," "Advanced Manufacturing Technologies," and "Nature-Like and Neurotechnologies."
Winners or runners-up of the final round of the All-Russian School Olympiad in Astronomy can receive 100 points for the written exam.
